Dance and London 2012
The Cultural Olympiad, which includes the Culture and Education programme, is the wider festival that began when London became the host city for the Olympics, at the closing ceremony of the Beijing Games in 2008. The Olympiad will encompass projects and events organised across the country from national institutions to schools, community organisations and individuals.
